Major Gift Program • Private donations are matched by the state based on the following percentage rates below: • A $600,000 donation, plus the state match, can be used to create an Eminent Scholar Chair. • Effective July 1, 2011, state matching funds were temporarily suspended for donations received on or after June 30, 2011.
