Printed Reports • sent out to District Superintendent in August, with the registration forms for the new year’s survey • are relatively short and only contain a subset of questions.
Scales vs. Questions • Questions are each item students are asked to respond to • Scales are created by compiling questions together to create a score • Scales give you a quick, overall picture of a risk or protective factor
