  2. A More Excellent Ministry All connected with the forgiveness of sins (9:22) • In the context: • As our High Priest (8:1) • In the true tabernacle (8:2) • Not on Earth (8:4) • Not a copy or a shadow (8:5) • A permanent position (7:23-28) • A permanent sacrifice (9:23-25, 28; 10:5-14)

  3. The Mediator Of A Better Covenant • Foretold and fulfilled • Jeremiah 31:31-34 foretells • Hebrews 8:8-12 {10:16-18} fulfills • What the Law could/could not do (Rom. 8:3) • It could prepare the way for Christ (Gal. 3:24) • It can never take away sins (Heb. 10:11)
