  3. Scoring: • Draw circles around numbers for items 8, 12, 17, 18, 30, 34, and 35 2. Write a ‘1’ in front of these items if you responded “s” (seldom) or “N” (never) 3. Go to the uncircled items. Write a “1” in front of each that you answered with “A” (always) or “f” (frequently) 4. Circle and count the “1”s that you have written in front of items 3, 5, 8, 10, 15, 18, 19, 22, 24, 26, 28, 30, 32, and 35 The total (_____) is your score for “Concern for People” (relationship oriented) 5. Count the “1”s that you have not circled The total (_____) is your score for “Concern for Task” (task oriented)
