  22. Performance Subaru Improvements for Next Year • Our main issue was that we had a lot more dogs enter in the dog show than we anticipated! Last year, 15 dogs competed in our dog show; this year, we had over 60 dogs compete! • Next year, we need to focus on: • Making better use of our space • Creating more categories/ separate divisions

Performance Subaru Better Use of Space • Less waiting for contestants during--set up a “runway” where contestants can watch other dogs walk down runway while waiting in line to be judged • More tables and chairs so people have an area to sit and enjoy food • Have doggie bags/paper towels around to make accident clean-up easier • More employees around to help with crowd management and to encourage interest in the Subaru brand.

Performance Subaru Separate Divisions & Categories • Creating separate divisions and categories will give a higher proportion of dogs the chance to win. • Research common groups/categories in All-Bred Shows for ideas • Can be hard for judges to compare a terrier to a hound to a toy; would keep competition on an even plane • This change is largely based on how many dogs we have enter in the competition next year
