  1. Junior Road Safety Officer (JRSO) Scheme Introductory Presentation

  2. We are starting a new and exciting road safety project in school. It is called the Junior Road Safety Officer Scheme or JRSO Scheme.

  3. We have been chosen to be the JRSO’s for our school.

  4. It is going to be our job to tell you about important road safety messages. These messages will help us all to stay safer when we are using the roads.

  5. The Road Safety Team and a teacher or adult from our school will be helping us to do the job.

  6. There are going to be lots of fun activities for you to take part in. Each term we will tell you about a road safety competition that you can enter. You may even win a prize.

  7. We will be having our very own notice board for you to come and look at.

  8. We will be speaking to you all in assemblies

  9. and we may hold our own road safety campaigns that you can join in with.

  10. You can help us with this very important job by joining in with all of our activities and learning how we can all keep ourselves safer when we are using the roads.
