Meeting Etiquette • Remember: If you are not speaking, please keep your phone on mute • Do not put your phone on hold. If you need to take a call, hang up and dial in again when finished with your other call • Hold = Elevator Music = frustrated speakers and participants • This meeting is being recorded • Another reason to keep your phone on mute when not speaking • Use the “Chat” feature for questions, comments and items you would like the moderator or other participants to know.

What we need to submit with our Examples • Rationale for why we picked the examples we did • An HeD Artifact Source (pdf) • The XML file representing the HeD Artifact • Rationale/discussion in the XML file for why we have done/coded things the way we have
Examples Timeline • Nov 28th – Examples Workgroup Meeting • Documentation • Nov 29th – All Hands Community Meeting • Present work on Documentation Examples to the community for feedback and comments • Nov 30th – Examples Workgroup Meeting • Incorporate community feedback into Documentation Examples • Rules • Dec 5th – Examples Workgroup Meeting • Order Sets • December 6th – All Hands Community Meeting • Present work on Order Set and Rules Examples to the community for feedback and comments • Dec 9th – All Examples Due to Bryn Rhodes • Dec 12th – We present the examples to the CDS (HL7) Workgroup at our HeD/CDS Sub workgroup meeting • December 13th – All Hands Community Meeting • Present feedback from CDS team to our community and discuss how we have incorporated all feedback into the examples • Dec 17th – All final examples are Due to Bryn Rhodes • Dec 19th – the Standards Team will package all examples and send them to HL7 to be included in our Ballot
