Department Leadership Teams will: • Model and demonstrate teamwork, collaboration and shared leadership within their team • Set and communicate direction within the department • Practice continuous improvement within the • department through quality tools and processes • Constantly seek input from all employees within the department (and customers outside the department) to ensure the “Voice of the Customer” is heard
