Vishvas Sansthan, Udaipur • Established in Udaipur 1992-93 • Vishvas aims at understanding, through research, scientific study, survey, investigation, the various problems facing the poorer section of Southern Rajasthan. • We believe in sustainable & integrated socio economic development which requires greater sensibility towards these problems despite several schemes launched by the government poverty, malnutrition, high population growth, ignorance and exploitation have not yet come to an end.

Positive points • Money is directly transferred into CIG account • CIG contacts the bank directly • It develops confidence and feeling of ownership • No pressure from any other agency • No misuse of money
Problems • Too extensive paper work and reporting • Repetitive change in guidelines and rules resulted in wastage of time and unnecessary delay • Shortage of accounting personnel
Suggestions • A comprehensive format of report should be designed covering all aspects of the project so that required information can be extracted from this report itself. • Duration of report submission should be fixed and it should not be less than a month
