  5. Early Ninenties • dozens of operators • state operational and licensing requirements conforming to ICAO Annex 1 and 6 • CAA seeking for detailed rules

  6. 1996 • CAA CZ becoming a JAA candidate member state • JAR-OPS 1 comes into force • JAR-FCL under development

  7. Early 2000 • JAR-OPS effective • JAR-FCL effective • JAR-66/147 effective • Brno University Tempus programm in operation
