  1. Elog Procedures Qualcomm • On a daily basis you will need to run these reports and put them in your terminals daily folder: • a. Unassigned Driving • b. Unconfirmed Logs • c. Off-Duty Driving • d. HOS Violations Always set your date range for the day before the day you are running the report. Using the PDF format is best for printing

  2. Unassigned Driving From this report you can see the vehicle number, date, time, duration and location of the unassigned movement event. Use this to determine which driver each event belongs to.

  3. Unconfirmed Logs This report here shows you which drivers have not confirmed their pervious day log(s). The number of unconfirmed days should never number above 8 and remember, DRIVER’S should CONFIRM their LOGS DAILY. If a driver has had their log edited, then they need to confirm that edit immediately.

  4. Off Duty Driving This report here shows you which drivers drove the vehicle while in an off duty status. Only certain drivers are allowed to use the vehicle for personal use. This report needs to be reviewed daily by the Terminal Manager.

  5. HOS Violation All of the violations on this report need to be filed correctly. Any violation that is not correct and needs an edit, has to be filled out in detail on the Driver Edit Form.

  6. To get the forms to assign miles or to have a drivers log edited, you will start here. This is the icon to begin with. After you click on this icon it will ask you for your user name and password. Make sure to put kag\ in front of your user name.

  7. Onboard Computer Support Portal Select This Box For Qualcomm Related Drivers.

  8. Qualcomm Support Any Edit’s to a Driver’s Log. To Assign an Unassigned Movement Event to a Driver.

  9. Unassigned Miles Form The Comment Section Is A Great Place To Put In Any Detail You Feel Necessary In Helping Us To Assign An Event.

  10. Duty Status Change Form Do Not Put In ‘Just Call Me.’ The More Detail The Better. Anytime A Drivers Log Needs An Edit, Fill Out This Form In Great Detail.
