What kinds of NAMIWalks print materials are available for use? • Brochures • Kick Off Luncheon Materials: Invitations, Envelopes, RSVP Cards, Postcards • Posters • Team Captain & Walker Envelopes • Info/Fact Sheets & Coaching Materials • Most printed materials are available in Spanish versions
Where to Start 1) Understand What Goes into your Team Captain KOL Folder • Click “2011 NAMIWalks Folders” for details • Review “General Folder for Team Captains” 2) Create a Mock-Up Folder as your guideline • Print sample documents at bottom of page • Edit documents with local information/contact detail 3) Determine which templates you will be using for all print materials

How Do I Determine Quantities? Your National Walk Manager will provide you with suggested quantities for ALL of your print materials. A few factors are taken into consideration when determining these projected print quantities: • Goal of your Walk • Projected # of Walkers • Level of activity/progress prior to your KOL
The KOL Invitation 2 Choices: 1. Formal Invitation (5x7 folded) 2. Postcard (8x6)
Walker Brochures Walkers use this as: -Promotional pieces for the Walk -Offline registration form -Walker Donor Form
11x17 or 8-1/2 x 11WALK Site Poster This is a strong visual used to promote your Walk in your community as well as highlighting who your sponsors are. Where do these go? -Offices -Storefront windows -Libraries -Recreation Centers -Churches -School bulletin boards
11x17 “Look Who’s Walking” Team Poster • Recommended Printing: One per Team Captain • Peer Pressure at its Best! • This poster is used to list all walkers on a team, placed in a highly visible area where you would want to attract others to join up! • Put this poster: • In the kitchen at work • By the entrance to your cubicle • Any high-traffic area that might encourage new team members!
Team Captain Envelope • Every Team Captain should have their own TC Envelope • Helps them keep their team detail straight • Helps you administratively when capturing Walk Team detail • Always take extras with you on Walk Day!
