No spaces or hyphens. • Date of Birth Enter your date of birth (DD MMM YYYY). If you are in, or recently graduated from, MOS school you may have the basic Occ Code for your MOS. For example: the Occ Code for 0311 is 0300. • Contact Phone Enter your office phone number. MOL will use this number to contact you in the event that you experience difficulties during the sign-up process.
