  3. Standard reagents: • Carbol Fuchsin • Acid/Alcohol or Sulfuric Acid • Methylene Blue

  4. 100 fields!! Examining fewer than 100 fields can cause a false negative report.

  5. Discard of Specimens • Burning • Boiling • Autoclaving
