  6. Carrying capacity of the sites Welfare and health Good treatment for sealice Technical standards preventing escapes Most of the competence is developed in the companies The industry is protecting its own environment

  8. The production on each salmon site increases…(400-6000 tons)

We need further knowledge about interests, and how they really interfere • Not just an assumption that there is a conflict based on the precautionary principle • More precise aims for the protected areas • Tools for planning and decisionmaking on regional level • Have to be updated an available for the public administration

We have to optimaze the use of sites • Politics and CZM which increases the average use of each aquaculture site • Acceptance for big aquaculture sites • Distribution of licences • Tools for planning and decisionmaking on site level • Choosing the right site for different activities • Predicting carrying capasity and optimal production • Planning moorings and technical design • Have to be updated and (commercial) available for the industry
