Our new Shopping Cart allows you to process your Loyalty Order immediately (“On Demand”) or on your scheduled Processing date To access the new Shopping Cart, log into your Virtual Office Your Virtual Office will open to the “Shop” tab, listed near the top of the screen. In the Shop tab, you will see a link on the left side of the screen that will allow you to access the new Shopping Cart.

  3. You are now in the new Shopping Cart in your Virtual Office. Locate your Scheduled Loyalty Orders on the right side of the screen You can follow two options to process your Loyalty Order. 1. Process your Loyalty Order TODAY 2. Edityour Scheduled Loyalty Order

  4. 1. Process your Loyalty Order TODAY To process your Loyalty Order todayclick on the “Ship Now” button located next to the appropriate Loyalty Order

  5. How to Process your Loyalty Rewards Order TODAY Process Your Loyalty Order Today Here you will be able to review your order before processing it. To process your order today, just as it appears here, click “Process Order Now.”

  6. Process Your Loyalty Order Today If you would like to make changes to the order before you process it, click on “Return to Cart”

  7. Process Your Loyalty Order Today On the “My Cart” screen, you can make all types of changes to your order

  8. Process Your Loyalty Order Today In the LRP ID #_____ box you can review the products on your order and make changes.

  9. Process Your Loyalty Order Today To add items to your order, use the “Quick Add to Cart” box. Simply type in the name of the product you want to add. Then select the appropriate item from the options given. Be sure to click “View Totals” after you add an additional item, to ensure it is added to your order.

  10. Process Your Loyalty Order Today To delete unwanted items, click the corresponding red X in the “Remove Item” column

  11. Process Your Loyalty Order Today To change the quantity of an item, use the corresponding boxes in the “Quantity” column

  12. Now comes the best part… How to combine Point Orders with your LRP Order! Process Your Loyalty Order Today To use your Loyalty Rewards Points to pay for product, use the drop-down menu in the “Use Points?” column. You can also check to see how many points you have available to use Select the quantity of that product that you would like to purchase with points. NOTE: If you are editing your Loyalty Order, you cannot choose to have all the products paid for with points (Please see “Point Orders Online” for more information).

  13. To change your Shipping Address(for sending a gift, sending a retail order to a retail customer, etc.)click on the “Edit” linknext to your Ship To Information A new window will appear. Process Your Loyalty Order Today • In this new “Edit Shipping Address” window, you can: • Add new addresses • Select previously used addresses • Edit previously used addresses • Remove old addresses

  14. To change your Billing Address(if you use a new card this will help prevent it from being declined) click on the “Edit” linknext to your Bill To Information A new window will appear. Process Your Loyalty Order Today • In this new “Edit Billing Address” window, you can: • Add new addresses • Select previously used addresses • Edit previously used addresses • Remove old addresses

  15. To change your Billing Address(if you use a new card this will help prevent it from being declined) click on the “Edit” linknext to your Bill To Information A new window will appear. Process Your Loyalty Order Today • In this new “Edit Billing Address” window, you can: • Add new addresses • Select previously used addresses • Edit previously used addresses • Remove old addresses

  16. To select where your Confirmation Email will be sent, click on the “Edit” button next to “Send Confirmation To” A new window will appear. Process Your Loyalty Order Today In this new “Edit Email Address” box you can enter the email address that you wish this order’s Confirmation Email to be sent NOTE: This will NOT change the email address associated with your account.

To change your processing date, click on “Edit” next to “Monthly LRP Order Processing Date” A new window will appear. • Choose your LRP processing date by clicking on the date you want • Remember: Make sure you choose the 1-15th (with 125PV) to earn the Product of the Month!) • Dates that are greyed out are closed • Either because they are past, or they have reached their maximum volume Process Your Loyalty Order Today

  19. Process Your Loyalty Order Today If you would rather have a more interactive shopping experience, and be able to view product images, click on “Continue Shopping”

  20. Process Your Loyalty Order Today Notice that you are editing your LRP Order If you do not want to edit your Loyalty Order, click “Abandon Edits” To add items to your Loyalty Order, use the Product Categories listed at the top of the page

  21. Process Your Loyalty Order Today In each Product Category, there will be sub-categoriesthat help to divide the product up and make it easier to find. Simply click on a sub-category link to view items within that product line.

  22. Process Your Loyalty Order Today You can change the quantity of the item in the quantity box listed below the item. To add an item to your cart, click the “Add to Cart” button beneath the item you wish to purchase. The two most recent items you have added will appear in the “Recently Added” box in your Cart Summary

  23. Process Your Loyalty Order Today Once you have added all the items you want, click on “Go to Cart” You will be taken back to the “My Cart” page where you can review your order before processing

  24. “My Cart” Page Process Your Loyalty Order Today To review your order: Click on “Continue” to see a summary of your order and shipping details.

  25. Process Your Loyalty Order Today You will be taken to the Order Review screen: This lets you check all the details of your order. You can still make changes here.

  26. Process Your Loyalty Order Today Review your order to ensure it is exactly what you want: Products, Shipping Details, Shipping Options and Date.

  27. Process Your Loyalty Order Today Click on “Continue Shopping” if you wish to add more items to your order Click on “Return to Cart” if you want to change shipping information, credit card info, etc. Click on “Clear Changes” if you wish to revert your order to its last saved status

  28. Process Your Loyalty Order Today There will also be a notice letting you know when your order will process again if you do not make any changes beforehand. NOTE: The LRP items you added do not appear here. Only the ‘monthly’ items do so you can be sure your LRP template stays the same.

  29. Process Your Loyalty Order Today Click “Process Order Now” to confirm that you want to process the order today

  30. Once you choose “Process Order Now” • Your credit card will be charged and your order will ship today. • Please Note: Orders must be placed before 11:00AM MSTin order for it to ship today. • However, the date (and volume) for the order WILL be today – whether it ships today or tomorrow Process Your Loyalty Order Today • If you need assistance on your order you can call Member Services on (02) 8015 5080 • Our agents are on hand Tuesday – Friday 9AM to 6PM ESTandSaturday 8AM – 2PM to assist you with all your questions.

  31. How to EDIT your Scheduled Loyalty Rewards Order Edit Your Scheduled Loyalty Order To edit your Loyalty Order and allow it to process on its scheduled date, click on the button located in the “Edit” column under “Scheduled LRP Orders”

  32. Edit Your Scheduled Loyalty Order You will be taken to the “My Cart” screen to review and make changes to your order.

  33. Edit Your Scheduled Loyalty Order • You can add items to your cart in two ways: • Quick Add to Cart • Click on “Continue Shopping”

  34. Edit Your Scheduled Loyalty Order To use the “Quick Add to Cart” box. Simply type in the name of the product you want to add. Then select the appropriate item from the options given. Be sure to click “View Totals” after you add an additional item, to ensure it is added to your order.

  35. Edit Your Scheduled Loyalty Order If you click on “Continue Shopping”…. Notice that you are now editing your LRP Order If you do not want to edit your Loyalty Order, click “Abandon Edits” To add items to your Loyalty Order, use the Product Categories listed at the top of the page

  41. Edit Your Scheduled Loyalty Order In the LRP ID #_____ box you can review the products on your order and make changes.

  42. To add last minute items to your order, use the “Quick Add to Cart” box. Edit Your Scheduled Loyalty Order Simply type in the name of the product you want to add. Then select the appropriate item from the options given. Be sure to click “View Totals” after you add an additional item, to ensure it is added to your order.

  46. Tosave your changes andallow your Loyalty Order to process on its scheduled date: Click on “Save Changes.” Your changes will save and your Loyalty Order will process as scheduled. Edit Your Scheduled Loyalty Order

  47. Edit Your Scheduled Loyalty Order You will be then be directed back to the Shop Tab home, and a confirmation notice will be given in red at the top
