  1. Paul J. Hogan, Managing Director Debt Capital Markets, Loan Syndications Paul Hogan is a Managing Director in PNC Debt Capital Markets. He is responsible for all aspects of originating, structuring, documenting and distributing syndicated loan financings for middle market, leveraged and corporate clients in various industries. Mr. Hogan has over 20 years of banking experience. He joined PNC in 2008 through its acquisition of National City, were he worked for 10 years in loan syndications. Mr. Hogan also spent 10 years with First Union, through its acquisition of CoreStates Financial, with his last five years in Debt Capital Markets’ Loan Syndications Group. In addition to his debt capital markets experience, he spent five years in portfolio management, specifically in the Healthcare Finance Group and troubled asset unit of CoreStates Bank. His banking career began with CoreStates in 1989 as a management trainee, completing a two year rotational management training program in 1991.   Mr. Hogan holds a bachelors degree in Finance from LaSalle University and a masters degree in Business Administration from Lehigh University. He also maintains Series 7 and 63.
