Ashworth and Lee met at 1N12K. • Brandon Lomax, (son of Channel 12 on-air television personality, John Lomax) Central Operations employee now working for Stephen Williams (MCI grad) at Bouquet. Business Process Review • Shift of $70,000 in labor cost from general ledger to MCI Retail in FY 2013 • Negotiated Sysco Purchasing Contract resulting in reduced food and paper costs • Repurpose of educational foods into retail outlets
