  4. Mean=$75,798.64 IP Mean=$75,000 Mean=$86,512.40 IP Mean=$83,112

  5. IP =19.7%

  6. Conclusions • Certification, years of experience and educational background contribute to compensation • Average salary of all respondents was $83,429.56 • For IPs only, it’s $80,272.68 • More than 60% of respondents receive tuition reimbursement, certification reimbursement and/or continuing education reimbursement
