What else do we want to learn? • Scope and Standards have just been revised >Higher levels of evaluation, but how to make them practical & achievable • Learning Needs assessment: what works, what does not work? • Healthy work environments, Care coordination/care management, Engaging staff in quality improvement, Human factors in patient safety

94% of Respondents have visited website • They liked most: • Attractive , engaging &easy to use • Great about sharing upcoming meeting information and info on NNSDO • On NNSDO's website-central location for all chapters • Since so much communication is done via e-mail, I don't feel the need to visit the website. • That we even have one, learning about the history of CANSDO and what is going on • Recommendations: • Perhaps a bit more aesthetically pleasing • Title and date of meetings-driving directions • It would be helpful to have member profiles and contact information • We need a way to communicate with members outside of meeting attendance
Location of Meeting • 84% of respondents would prefer to keep the meetings rotating between the city & the suburbs • Two respondents suggested the use of remote learning technologies so they/others can attend
Members like our meetings! • They told us to continue: • The format is good....light dinner followed by CNE act program and then business. • Discussion among the members. • Presentations with contact hours. • Business meeting
Suggestions for meetings • Wear name tags • Structure more sharing during dinner; more sharing in general (stated a couple of different ways) • Adjust dues so members pay less for dinner • Brief discussion regarding healthcare/workforce trends we should be planning for • Journal discussions
