    1. To watch us how we dance is like listening the story of our hearts….

    2. We`re dancing from 10 years. For us dance is everything-sport and art-form that generally refers to movement of the body, usually rhythmic to music, used as a form of expression, social interaction or presented in a spiritual or performance setting. Dance is the most beautiful sport.

    3. The dances are divided into two main categories: Standard (Ballroom) and Latin-American Dances. Standard dances are English Waltz, Tango, Viennese Waltz, Foxtrot, Quickstep. At that time, before becoming a Competitive Category, people called them Ballroom Dances. We have no doubt at all that you've all heard about them, as well as you are well-acquainted with the fact that Ballroom Dancing was also organized among the Highlife until not so long ago. Furthermore, you have heard about the formal wear that was obligatory, as well as about the behaviour and the good manners that were required at such events.

    4. The English Waltz – the King of the dances is very beautiful dance - a slow dance with measured steps that moves around the room in a controlled fashion with lots of figures.

    5. Tango is The choreographic sources of the Tango are Argentine and Spanish folk dances. Phrasing is an important part of Tango.Tango music is like a story. It contains paragraphs (Major phrases); sentences (Minor phrases); and the period at the end of the sentence is the Tango close. The Ballrom version of the Tango has a lot of steps and figures that have been added after 1934.

    6. The competitive style Viennese Walts has reduced amount of steps. The music is tender , pregnant with the sentimentalist in the Viennese waltz. The dance is beautiful and it is real pleasure for those who dance to discover itself that the pairs. Artist that having made such type of music are Shubert, Tschaikovsky, Weber and so on.

    7. The Foxtrot was the most significant development in all of ballroom dancing. The combination of quick and slow steps permits more flexibility and gives much greater dancing pleasure than the one-step and two-step which it has replaced. There is more variety in the fox-trot than in any other dance, and in some ways it is the hardest dance to learn! There is such a great variety of steps and figures in this dance like there is in no other balroom dance. This surely makes the Foxtrot one of the hardest ones to perform.

    8. Quickstep has been in the group of the Standard dances since 1927. Rich with variations, the Quickstep is considered The Pocket Grammar of Standard dances. It is a proven fact that the energy exerted while dancing a 60 second Quickstep is equivalent to running a mile in record time

    9. Latin-American Dances are Samba, Cha-cha, Rumba, Paso Doble, Jive. Here, the playful gestures and motions of the dancers towards the audience are a part of the Dance.

    10. Brazil is the fifth largest country in the world and is the birth place of the Samba. Much of the music in the heavily populated coastal areas shows a remarkable combination of African, Native Indian, and Iberian influences. In general the Samba is a progressive dance. It is very active dance.

    11. The music for Cha-cha is energetic and with a steady beat. The Latin cha-cha is slower, more sensual and may involve complicated rhythms.

    12. Rumba is the dance of the love. Some dancers consider rumba the most erotic and sensual Latin dance, for its relatively slow rhythm and the hip movement. Rumba is actually the second slowest Latin dance. This is our favorite dance.

    13. Pasodoble is based on music played at bullfights during the bullfighters' entrance or during the passes just before the kill. The leader of this dance plays the part of the matador. The follower generally plays the part of the matador's cape. The competition version of the Paso Doble is danced with a high chest, the shoulders wide and down, and with the head kept back but inclined slightly forward and down

    14. Jive is the most lively, quickest and playful dance in the Latin-American program. Jive is the last dance in a competition, and is also one of the hardest dances to perform. For this reason, many dancers save their energy for one last burst at the end of a night of competing. Good couples' performances are easy to be differentiated from the mediocre ones by the audience.

    15. That`s us! We love dances!!!
