Coastal Wetlands Planning, Protection and Restoration Act of 1991 Funds used to restore wetlands or to acquire new wetlands.
Clean Vessel Act of 1992 Funding source for pump out and dump stations for the disposal of vessel sewage.
Boating Infrastructure Grant Program • Funding Source: Sportfishing and Boating Safety Act of 1998 • Funding to construct, renovate, or maintain tie-up facilities for transient, nontrailerable recreational vessels.
State Wildlife Grants (SWG) • Funding to develop and implement conservation programs that benefit wildlife and their habitat, including species not hunted or fished. • Authorizing Legislation: The Department of Interior and Related Agencies Appropriations Act of 2002 • Requires State to complete a comprehensive species management plan.
