  4. Project Progress ePay Statement Launches July 26 May 2013 PRESENT July 2013 rapid! Paycard Launch Complete Timekeeping System Underway

  5. Data Collection Effort Reports and instructions sent to Directors for validation • If you have data related questions, please contact Allen Wilson, Labor Relations Manager, Office: 954-357-6006, or Rebecca Robertson, 954-357-5732. • Email validated files to Hugo Carvajal in ETS by 8/7.

  6. Unit Testing Update • Integration testing will start August 7 to confirm the interfaces running from Kronos to Cyborg and from Midas to Kronos. • Testing will start August 27 with core team in GC 311 • 30 test scripts have been written to test the pay and work rules for the system.

  7. Time Clock Terminals • 180 Clocks have been ordered. • Clocks will be located at key entry points at GC East, GC West and other County locations.
