  3. Equipment • Weights • Chalk- for better grip • Barbell-where the weight go on the bar • Collar-secures the weight on the bar • Weight lifting shoes- specially designed to give more support to your feet • Weight lifting belt- may be worn to support your back alittle

  4. Events date and time • July 28 women's 48 kg • July 29 means 56 and women's 53 kg • July 30 men's 62kg and women's 58kg • August 1 men's 77kg and women's 69 kg] • August 3 men's 85kg and women's 75 kg • August 4 men's kg • August 5 women's 75+ kg • August 6, 7 men's 105kg and 105+ kg
