  2. Step By Step Guide Open the patient record in EMIS Web. Double click the I3 icon located on the desktop. Note: This will start the I3 software. Move on to the next slide.

  3. Step By Step Guide Click the Start button. Move on to the next slide. Additional Information Click the User Manual button or here to see an up to date version of the I3 user manual.

  4. Step By Step Guide Select the product Universal ECG from the product list. Click the Start button. Move on to the next slide.

  5. Step By Step Guide Check the patient details are correct then click the Yes button. Note: This will launch the Cardioview software. Move on to the next slide.

  6. The patients ECG will then appear on the screen. After 10 seconds of ECG has been received, the status bar will be filled. This means that sufficient data has been received for Cardioview to analyze. Press the Save and Review button to transfer the most recent 10 seconds of ECG to Cardioview. Close the Cardioview software with the cross symbol in the top right hand corner. Note: This will start the filing process in to EMIS. 5. Move on to the next slide. Step By Step Guide

  7. Step By Step Guide Enter any required comments in to the comments box. Click the OK button. Move on to the next slide.

  8. Step By Step Guide Click the OK button on the confirmation message. Move on to the next slide.

  9. Step By Step Guide The ECG report is now filed in to EMIS Web in to the consultation. To view the ECG report – Double click the paperclip icon. Move on to the next slide. Additional Information To view the report the computer will need Adobe Reader installed. This can be obtained from www.adobe.com

  10. Step By Step Guide The ECG report will contain the patient information, a breakdown of the measurements & the system interpretation. Additional Information The ECG report can be printed at this point or saved on to the PC and e-mailed. Move on to the next slide.
