  5. SCENARIO (3 min) Decide as a table to: use a problem from your teammate —OR— use the provided scenario

  6. RESEARCH (10 min) • Using empathy, put yourself in the user’s shoes. • Explore possible reasons for their actions.

  7. DEFINE (5 min) • Problem definition • Choosing scope and focus • Identifying constraints

  8. IDEATE (11 min) • Brainstorming (5 min) • Test ideas (3 min) • Developand brainstorm further (3 min)
