Unlikely A variety of respiratory protection, suits and hand and foot protection - components Current PPE / IPE: some have a full protection option and some have a low-burden option. We are looking for those and others in between
Definition of Terms • Components - individual parts to be used in combination or permutation. • Ensemble - provides full body protection by combining components. • System – all the components needed to make up ensembles to meet the entire requirement.
Key Requirements Must Haves Protection – body and respiratory • Communications – with protected and unprotected people • Packaging – component identification and traceability
Specialist Operational Response Continually reviewing capability & response Requirement not service specific and covers all activities known currently Any future change in roles or responsibilities can be incorporated (whoever does what) Any new requirement can be included
