  7. OLAC and Ohio’s Leadership Development Framework Ohio’s Leadership Development Framework sets forth the foundation improve the quality of leadership in Ohio’s districts and schools. Those who are committed to this work know that the journey ahead not be easy; that the path involves moving this framework into action through the implementation of these essential leadership practices throughout all levels of Ohio’s educational system. The development of this framework is only the first step in our journey, but it is an important first step as we continue the pursuit of Ohio’s vision of higher achievement for all students.
