Reconstruction Newspaper Article Assignment • Pretend you are a reporter during Reconstruction. • Write a newspaper article on any of the events or people that we are going to learn about in this unit. • Make sure to answer the WHO, WHAT, WHEN, WHERE, WHY or HOW in your article. • Follow the newspaper format covered in class. • Must be typed but it can be written in pen (blue or black). • Must have an image (drawn, cut and paste, or printed.) • Rough draft in your notebook. • Final draft is due March 17/18, 2014.
