7. Demographic, Marketing, and Facilitator Professionals • HAZEL REINHARDT Professional Demographer Hazel comes with a list of credentials, having been a state demographer working with the census. She has been a private contractor for 18 years, working with 90 school districts in the state. Hazel has been previously engaged as a consultant to address Task 1.4, examining community development and demographic data along with district enrollment projections. Hazel has presented a demographics analysis of the Marshall Schools in 2013 and will be updated with new information gathered from the planning process. • MIKE RICH Professor of Marketing – SMSU Executive Director of Southwest Marketing Advisory Center Mike Rich will consult with ESG-Honeywell to address Task 1.8, developing a plan to engage school staff, businesses and the community to integrate them into the planning process. Mike will also be an integral source for implementing Tasks 2.7 & 2.8., presenting key options to the school and public and final presentation to the Board of Education. ESG by Honeywell
