Two ways of project’s communication policy • INTERNAL COMMUNICATION Goal: ensuring of effective communication between people involved to the project’s implementation • EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION Goal: ensuring the project’s visibility, supporting of dissemination of outcomes Myrtil Nagy, Šamorín
The project’s Design Manual • The project’s communication tools were set up in Design Manual • theDesign Manualcontributesto building a coherentimage – a Visual Identity • the purpose is to present the elements which have to be used for the promotion of the visual identity of the project and usage rules of these elements Myrtil Nagy, Šamorín
Tools of internal communication • Direct tools: Steering Committee meetings – in every time period, 6 times during the project Direct telephone communication – in average 5 calls per month • Non-direct tools: E-mail communication – in average 50 mails per month Internet based File Bank – 180 files uploaded up today Network’s Online Forum – space for communication Myrtil Nagy, Šamorín
