Male Age 64. CABG 6yrs previously. Distal anastomosis of OM vein graft stented one year previously. Now severe in stent restenosis. Additional anastomosis stenosis at distal end of LIMA graft to LAD. OM graft: JR4 6F guide. HTF wire Predilated with 2.5 x 9 and then 3.0 x 9mm balloon.

Additional anastomosis stenosis at distal end of LIMA graft to LAD. OM graft: JR4 6F guide. HTF wire Predilated with 2.5 x 9 and then 3.0 x 9mm balloon. Stented with a 3.0 x 12 BMS. RAO views pre and post stenting LIMA graft LIMA 6F guide. HTF wire. Predilated with 3.0 x 9 POBA and stented with 3.0 x 15 BMS. RAO view and LAO cranial view pre and post stenting. • OMG: Obtuse marginal graft. • OM: Obtuse marginal
