An Overview of StandardAVB Standard AVB Financial Corp. is the holding company for Standard Bank which is headquartered in Monroeville and has its primary commercial banking hub in Lawrenceville, Pennsylvania. Standard Bank was organized in1913 In 2010 completed full conversion transaction raising $34.8 million of gross proceeds andtrades under the symbolSTND. In 2017 completed merger with AlleghenyValley Bancorp, Inc. for approximately $56.5 millionor $53.85 pershare. On May 25, 2018 rejoined Nasdaq andbegan trading on the Nasdaq CapitalMarket.
