Purpose of the Team The team supports young people from age 14 to 25 with physical impairments and some long term conditions such as severe asthma, eczema and allergies in mainstream education to transition into adulthood.

Feedback Driving workshop: • Enjoyed finding out new things and trying the cars out also liked talking to Natasha. • A very good day – I did not know there was so much out there. Very useful • It’s made me think I can do it Leisure workshop: • Really enjoyed it, especially the bikes • It made me laugh, feel happy and positive about life • Loved it - it was great
Facing Challenges workshop: • Got inspired by speakers. They gave you confidence to do stuff. Through their stories it showed that you can do anything if you put your mind to it. • I liked seeing old friends and making new ones and learning how to deal with my disability and knowing that there are lots of people to help me achieve.
