PCR # 10434– Ability to Remove Workers • This enhancement PCR for Workload Management functionality allows users to remove workers; currently users are allowed to add workers but not remove them • To remove a worker, locate the worker in the system and click [Remove Worker] Remove Worker
PCR # 10879 – Duplicate Final Sections • If the “Submit” button is clicked multiple times when submitting the first section of an incident report, multiple final sections are created for that incident • This PCR includes a data fix to remove the duplicate final sections of that incident and a system enhancement to disable the [Submit First Section] button after it is clicked once Submit First Section
PCR # 11167– Recordable Incident Name Change • This PCR was implemented in order to reduce confusion between mandatory “Reportable Incidents” and optional “Recordable Incidents” • With this change, “Recordable Incidents” under “Primary Category of Incident” will now be displayed as “Recordable Incidents (Optional)” • OCYF HCSIS users are not required to report these incidents but may choose to report them to enhance the completeness of the child’s record Recordable Incidents (Optional)
PCR # 14295– Unable to Create Incidents for a Child • When a county user searched for a consumer, the user was unable to find the child’s record in the system • Research revealed that there was no relationship between the child’s record and the county • This data fix establishes a relationship between the county office and the child’s record so that the child’s record can be accessed
PCR # 14830 - Display Error Message if Duplicate SSN is Entered • Currently, if a user enters a Social Security Number on the Primary Demographics screen that already exists in the database the user receives an error message • With this enhancement, when a user enters a duplicate SSN the system displays an informational error message and will not save the record Informational Error Message Missing Data
