Klinefelter's syndrome Klinefelter's syndrome affects approximately 1 in 1000 males. - Male has 47 XXY Karyotype. - Dysgenesis of seminiferous tubules in testis, leydigcell function is impaired . - Clinically person is tall, gynaecomastia, small testis, infertility.
