Update Items of Interest Heart of the Triad • Annual report completed • Review by Stakeholders Committee • Stakeholders Committee proposes meeting with Strategic Planning Committee before submitting to Elected Bodies
Update Items of Interest Economic Development • Development Opportunities Maps completedand published, covering entire County --industrial development --commercial development --multifamily residential development • Future Household and Job growth allocations being developed for metro and regional transportation modeling; sharing and collaborating with WS/FCS for their long range planning as well
Update Items of Interest Appearance Commission • Community Roots Day, October 25, Belview Recreation Center area Historic Preservation • National Register nominations---Waller House at 9186 ReynoldaRoad and Old German Baptist Brethren Church at 4916 Charnel Road---will come to BOCC for comment before State, Federal review • Any interest in continuing with historic markers
