  2. Rape: • unlawful sexual activity and usually sexual intercourse carried out forcibly or under threat of injury against the will usually of a female or with a person who is beneath a certain age or incapable of valid consent — compare sexual assault,statutory rape.

  3. 5 Facts About Rape: • The high estimate of women raped is 1.3 million. • Statistics show that 50% of rapes are planned. • Rape may also involve sexual contact that is inflicted by someone who is trusted by or has authority over the victim. • When untreated physical or physiological effects can be devastating or even deadly. • In rape every two and a half minutes, someone in America, is sexually assaulted or raped.
