Collaboration is the key to success Willingness to work with others to achieve a common goal I must assemble the right team who must have: Endurance & determination Willingness to listen and find common ground Commitment to open & honest communication Belief in the mission Honesty Commitment to accountability But, having the right people isn’t enough Team Individual
Success depends on effective process Effective and thoughtful delegation of duties Well-developed strategic plan We must have an effective process, which should include: Clearly defined expectations Accountability Clearly defined mission & goal Transparency Process Team Individual
