Some Feedback My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations; Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience. But let patience have herperfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing. If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him. But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed. (Jam 1:2-6 KJV) Compare Matthew 14:24-31
What about “self-inflicted” suffering? • Suffering may arise from a character flaw or sinful act – should our reaction to such suffering be different? • Cause is not the issue – Response to suffering is everything • Guilt only has value to bring us to the Father
Trial is about increasing Faith • Prodigal son – Luke 15:14-20 • O wretched man that I am! who shall deliver me from the body of this death? I thank God through Jesus Christ our Lord. (Rom 7:24-25 KJV) • And David said unto Nathan, I have sinned against the LORD. (2Sa 12:13 KJV)
Testing the Things you Believe Remember to Believe God knows everything about what you are going through God is always present in your Test God never loses control of your Test God has unlimited power God expects you to pass your Test God has your ultimate good as the purpose
Afterward… (KJVA) Now no chastening for the present seemeth to be joyous, but grievous: nevertheless afterward it yieldeth the peaceable fruit of righteousness unto them which are exercised thereby. We may learn and/or understand many things afterward BUT we may never. We can always increase FAITH

By faith, we understand that the universe has been framed by the word of God, so that what is seen has not been made out of things which are visible. (Heb 11:3 WEB)
Unseen Made the Seen Hebrews 11:3 Unseen is more powerful than Seen Unseen is more “real” than Seen Unseen Is before The Seen Unseen can call Seen back into existence

Resurrection Riddle in Hebrews 11 1 Cor 15:13-17 13 But if there be no resurrection of the dead, then is Christ not risen: 14 And if Christ be not risen, then is our preaching vain, and your faith is also vain. 15 Yea, and we are found false witnesses of God; because we have testified of God that he raised up Christ: whom he raised not up, if so be that the dead rise not. 16 For if the dead rise not, then is not Christ raised: 17 And if Christ be not raised, your faith is vain; ye are yet in your sins. (KJV)
