With placement of your electronics your end-users can expand bandwidth from OC3 to OC192 and such higher bandwidths that evolve over time.   19. Availabilityof UDF UDF is available throughout Qwest's 14-state local service territory when spare fibers are available in the same Local Access Transport Area (LATA). 'Spare' means fibers beyond those that would be normally held back for maintenance (5% of fibers in a sheath) and approved jobs.
