  2. VPR responsibilities during the OV -ALL ritual books must be present ALL ritual equipment must be present ALL ritual paperwork must be present A ritual ceremony or rehearsal must be conducted during the OV *These apply to both the Collegiate OV and On-site Alumnae OV

  3. ALL ritual books must be present The Chapter VPR is responsible for collecting ALL ritual books (Master and Music) for her meeting with the PO The PO must see & inventory all ritual books *Failure to have all books present will result in a chapter fine of $100

  4. ALL ritual equipment must be present The Chapter VPR must have all equipment listed on her respective inventory sheet (collegiate or alumnae) for her meeting with the PO The PO must see & inventory all ritual equipment The PO will notate which items are present and the condition of items

  5. ALL paperwork must be present The ritual book sign-out logs must be present The Collegiate chapter VPR should have documented rehearsal plans for Pledging and Initiation Ceremonies

  6. Ritual Ceremonies during the OV - Collegiate and Alumnae Chapters must conduct a formal business meeting - Collegiate Chapters must hold an Initiation Ceremony or rehearsal for the PO during her OV

  7. Ritual Ceremonies during the OV Collegiate Chapters Formal Business Meetings must contain Opening Ceremony* Closing Ceremony* *These ceremonies MUST be memorized!

  8. Ritual Ceremonies during the OV Collegiate Chapters - Must hold an Initiation Ceremony rehearsal during the OV - Ritual Music must be included

  9. Ritual Ceremonies during the OV Memorization of Initiation Ceremony will be based on the following timeline: Beginning of the semester -- may read from books 3 to 4 weeks prior to the actual ceremony -- mostly memorized but may refer to books 7 to 10 days prior to the actual ceremony -- MUST be memorized, both text and music!

  10. Ritual Ceremonies during the OV Alumnae Chapters Formal Business Meetings must contain Opening Ceremony* Closing Ceremony* *These ceremonies MUST be memorized unless an exemption is approved by the PO!

  11. Ritual Ceremonies during the OV Alumnae Chapters Other ritual ceremonies may be performed during the OV *These ceremonies MUST be memorized unless an exemption is approved by the PO!
