Síndrome de dumping • Não é característica de nenhuma cirurgia gástrica • Sintomas vasomotores e gastrointestinais: desconforto epigástrico, náuseas, urgência para evacuar, hipotensão, tonteiras, fraqueza, flushing, sudorese, taquicardia, síncope. • Dumping precoce • - Mais comum • - 10-30 min pós-prandiais • - Mais no pós-op • - Hiperosmolaridade > Hipotensão • - Estímulos hormonais e mecânicos > Liberação subst.vasoativas • - Tratamento: dieta, octreotide • Dumping tardio • - 1 a 4 h pós-prandiais • - Sintomas vasomotores apenas • - Hiperglicemia • - Tratamento
