The Past • £3 million per annum of DCMS funding for University Scholarships. • Engagement of HE/FE, through UCS. • Establishment of Regional Consortia, incl. SE, SportsAid and EIS • Engagement of NGBs, through SE and UKS. • Submission of Consortia Bids.
The Sports Archery, Athletics, Badminton, Basketball, Boxing, Canoeing, Cricket, Cycling, Diving, Equestrian, Football, Golf, Gymnastics, Hockey, Judo, Modern Pentathlon, Netball, Orienteering, Rowing, Rugby League, Rugby Union, Sailing, Shooting, Skiing, Speed Skating, Swimming, Squash, Table Tennis, Taekwondo, Tennis, Triathlon & Waterskiing. Disability Sports:- Archery, Athletics, Swimming, Equestrian, Powerlifting, Bocca, Judo, Table Tennis, Wheelchair Tennis, Wheelchair Basketball, Wheelchair Rugby, Sailing, Shooting, Fencing & Cycling Other sports can nominate individual athletes, against a set criteria
The Athletes 16 to 18 year olds:- Bursars, £1000 services (anyone) 18 to 25 year olds- Scholars, £3000 services (in FE/HE) English based scheme, but available to anyone who can represent GB. Bursars:- Postal Address Scholar:- FE/HE institution of registration
