Business Plan 2004/05 • Develop members: target at least 200 members, maintain event programme (at least 4 Branch events & regular ‘lunch & learns’) • Develop the Branch: maintain and extend active Branch Committee, continue to improve communications • Develop Relationships: liaison with other Branches, National Council and UKCHIP • Develop Feedback Mechanisms: survey members and involve them in work of Trent ASSIST www.assist.org.uk
