Be sure to read through the Skill Information page. Although you may complete skills on any number of clerkships, suggestions are listed for clerkships where the opportunity is more likely to occur. ABG’s for instance are much more likely to be a possibility on your Surg rotation, rather than your Psych or OB rotation.
Because the SkillsTracker is on a secure server, you may be prompted to grant permission for the server to access the site. You will just need to click “OK” to continue.
kdybdall ••••••• Log in using your LotusNotes username and password.
Pretty self explanatory, just click on the “add” icon by the skill you wish to document.
Select the appropriate rotation from the drop-down menu. *Note: The “underserved experience” is a procedure, not a rotation. Pick the closest rotation match you can.
Complete adequate information so when we do random chart verification, we will be able to ensure you receive credit for the procedure completed. You do not need to enter Patient ID numbers.
Each time you log in, you will add the skill you just completed. The system will not allow you to add skills ahead of time. You must wait until you have completed the skill to enter the information.
