Methods • 3 groups of 10 male collegiate tennis players (6yrs exp) • Attend additional training tri-weekly / 90min • Balance measurements / 2 months • Force balance platform / arm grip • Double leg w/ eyes open + closed • Single leg dominant + nondominant • Grip strength tested on dominant hand

  3. Budget • 10,000 – force balance • 300 – arm grip dynamometer • 3000 – tennis coach • 800 – dance instructor • 800 – swim coach • 30,000 – graduate student
