Outcomes • Establishment of HIV testing in relevant settings • Enhancement of joint training teams • Adoption of HIV testing in new settings • Reduction of cost
Lessons Learned • Regular communication and collaboration is essential. • Development of a written strategic plan is critical. • Establishment of priorities of targets for training assists in long range planning.
