FuBio 2 budjetti ja rahoitus • Hankkeen (3v) vuotuiseksi budjetiksi on kaavailtu 3 M€ • Rahoituksesta vastaavat TEKES, tutkimuslaitokset sekä osakas- että partneriyritykset • Ohjelmainstrumentin puitteessa on kaksi eri rahoitusmallia • Laajasti julkisessa yritysten osuus kuluista tulisi olla yli 50 % kokonaiskuluista. Kuluja voi syntyä työn kautta ja ostamalla työtä/palveluja • Rajoitetusti julkisessa mallissa vastaava osuus on 60 %:ia Yritysten saama tuki Tekesiltä vaihtelee välillä 35-50 % • Kummassakin tapauksessa Tekesin tuki yliopistoille ja tutkimuslaitoksille on 70 %.

Targeted business opportunity; product, service or process. • Targeted market and applications: • Can be a rough estimate of the market scope. Must be developed during the program preparation, for example based on the market information from the owner companies or market interviews. • Targeted competitive edge towards potential opportunities: • Novelty of the research for the forest cluster owners. • Strategic fit with the existing forest cluster competencies. • Evaluate the degree of freedom to operate in this area. Relevant research and IPR must be reviewed globally before starting the program. • Value of cooperation: • Either for the whole Forest Cluster Ltd (strategic research programs) or for a subgroup established for a value chain program (consortia programs). Ryhmätöiden aiheet: Biopolymeerit / biokemikaalit / sovellutusalueet (suojausmielessä + muussa, tavoiteominaisuuksia, tutkimustarpeita) Puutuotteidenkäyttösovellukset(tavoiteominaisuudet, tavoitetuotealueet, uudetratkaisut) Komposiitit(tavoiteominaisuudet, tavoitetuotealueet, uudetratkaisut) Materiaaliyhdistelmät(tavoiteominaisuudet, tavoitetuotealueet, uudet ratkaisut) Suoja-aineeet / suojausmenetelmät – käyttöalueet Muita tutkimus- ja kehitystarpeita

Ryhmätyö Ryhmät valmistelevat aihealueista ideoita -> esitetään jokaisesta alueesta vähintään yksi => lopputuote / kaupallinen sovellutus Ryhmätyön purku, kaikkien ryhmien ideat flappitaululle ( min. 36 …) Yhdistellään aihealueista 3… ehdotusta Jokainen ryhmä käsittelee ehdotuksia ja pisteyttää 3 mielestään tärkeintä.Evaluointi 1-3 ( 1:merkitykseltään vähäinen – 3:tärkeä) Loppupäätelmät ja jatkoehdotukset
