ThThe master plan of Erbil city is prepared and designed in 2008 by a Lebanese company (Dar Alhandas) based on the priorities and strategic plans of (KRG) to cover expansion and development of all sectors for the next 25 years. e overall sewerage network plan including treatment units is prepared and designed by a Germany company (VOSSING) separately.
